DELIVERY POLICY - Email delivery of the Linux General Ledger
is included in the
base price. Delivery on diskette by regular
mail is available for the US, Canada, and
Mexico at an additional charge of $5 .
BINARY DISTRIBUTION CONTENTS - Binary distribution includes the binary programs for the Linux General Ledger, a demonstration company set up, complete User and Administration documentation, and Open Source for file structures and access.
SOURCE CODE DISTRIBUTION - Source includes everything in the binary distribution plus all LGL source modules and header files in C and C++. Genscreen binary, the source code generator for use with the ncurses library is also included. Genscreen allows the design of input screens using any text editor and then automatically generates all source code needed to run the screen as a compiled C/C++ module. (Genscreen binary is also available independent of the LGL. Click here for details.) Each module is internally documented regarding its purpose as well as explained in a detailed manual. A makefile is also included. Source licenses are available for both internal use and with binary redistribution rights. Contact us for questions regarding redistribution rights.
SUPPORT - A reasonable amount of support (we don't put you on the clock) is provided free of charge via email for the first 60 days for both source and binary. Additional support and support for other CPUs is available by agreement.
IMPORTANT NOTICE - The Linux General Ledger binary is available only for those computers shown above running the Linux Operating System. (No version of any Microsoft OS is supported.) If your computer is not listed above and does not run Linux you will not be able to run the programs and should not use this order procedure. See OTHER CPUs below.
