DELIVERY
POLICY - Web delivery of Genscreen to your email address
is included in the base price. Delivery on diskette by regular
mail is available for the US, Canada, and Mexico at an additional
charge of $5 to cover shipping and handling costs. If you want
delivery on a diskette be sure to add "DISKETTE DELIVERY"
to your shopping cart. For diskette delivery allow 7 to 14 days
delivery time. Email shipment is "same-day" delivery
at no extra charge.
DISTRIBUTION CONTENTS - Genscreen
distribution includes the Genscreen program (binary or source,
as ordered), man page, C++ money class source, source code for
field I/O routines, and examples.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT - A reasonable
amount of support is provided free of charge via email for the
first 60 days after order date for binary copies. (We don't
put you on the clock.) |
